Our studio is intentionally designed as a calm, welcoming, and inclusive space for rest, movement, healing, and self-inquiry. We are committed to cultivating a safe, supportive, and respectful community where everyone can feel at ease and fully present.
To help maintain this environment, we invite all participants to honor the following shared agreements:
Respect privacy and confidentiality. Who you see here, what you hear here, and what is shared here is part of a sacred container—please allow it to stay within the studio.
Please be mindful of conversations in common areas. To support a sense of safety and neutrality, we ask that discussions around politics, religion, and other emotionally charged topics be avoided within the studio.
This is a space for personal practice and community care. Selling or promoting outside products, services, or events is not permitted unless part of an approved partnership or studio-hosted collaboration.
Honor personal boundaries, consent, and differences in experience, belief, and expression. Each person’s practice is their own.
Help us preserve a peaceful atmosphere by honoring start times, minimizing phone use, and moving through the space with care and consideration.
Kindness, presence, and mutual respect are core values of this studio. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to address behavior that disrupts the supportive nature of the studio environment and, when necessary, to refuse service in order to protect the well-being of our community.
Thank you for being part of a space rooted in trust, care, and connection.
By registering for and participating in classes, workshops, wellness sessions, retreats, or private services, participants affirm that they are in appropriate physical and mental condition to take part and assume full responsibility for their participation.
Participants agree to inform the instructor or facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, sensitivities, or allergies (including allergies to essential oils or other ingredients) that may require modifications or special consideration prior to participation. Modifications are offered as available, and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and engage at a level that feels safe and supportive.
All classes, services, and offerings are provided for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult with their medical provider regarding any health-related concerns before participating.
Payment is required at the time of booking for all classes, workshops, wellness sessions, and private appointments.
All payments are non-refundable. We understand that life happens, and when adequate notice is provided, we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future offering under the following guidelines:
Group classes:
Cancellations received with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice may be held as a class credit on file for up to 30 days from the original class date.
Workshops, wellness sessions, and private appointments:
Cancellations received with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice may be held as a credit toward a future workshop or session for up to 90 days from the original scheduled date.
Credits are non-transferable and may not be extended beyond the stated timeframes. Missed sessions or cancellations received with less than the required notice are not eligible for credit or refund. Sessions that are ended early, for any reason, are not eligible for refund or credit.
In the event that an offering is canceled by the studio or facilitator, participants will be notified as soon as possible and provided with an appropriate credit or refund.
We welcome requests for private sessions at your home or place of business. For the safety of our practitioners, location requests in private residences from unknown clients, requests in secluded or remote areas, and all requests located more than 15 miles from the studio may be declined. Additional travel fees may apply for approved off-site sessions.
For workshops that include materials or take-home items, any cancellation credit issued will be less the cost of supplies that were purchased in advance and cannot be returned.
Our annual retreats are immersive, off-site experiences that include accommodations, meals, and curated programming. By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Dietary restrictions and preferences must be shared at the time of booking. The selected venue makes every effort to accommodate dietary needs and preferences. However, if a request is related to a medical condition, food allergy, or religious observation, participants are encouraged to bring suitable food items as a supplement, as some meals may include items that cannot be fully modified.
A non-refundable, non-creditable deposit is required to hold a room and secure participation. This deposit cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited under any circumstances.
The remaining balance may be eligible for credit up to the final payment due date, which aligns with the venue’s deadline for confirming rooms and meals. After this date, no refunds or credits are available.
Participants who register using a paid-in-full early registration discount are subject to the same policy. If cancellation occurs before the final payment due date, any credit or refund issued will be less the required deposit amount. After the final payment deadline has passed, no credit or refund is available.
If permitted by the venue, participants may transfer their reservation to another individual. All coordination, communication, and any associated costs are the responsibility of the original registrant. Transfers are subject to venue approval and applicable deadlines.
Once the final payment due date has passed, no changes to dietary restrictions or meal preferences can be made. Any transferred participant will receive meals based on the dietary information submitted by the original registrant.
Travel expenses are generally the responsibility of the participant. If travel costs are included in the retreat price, any credit or refund related to transportation will be subject to the policies of the third-party provider (such as airlines, buses, taxis, or car services), if applicable.
Any additional charges incurred during the retreat—such as early check-in, late check-out, lost keys, or incidental fees—will be charged to the participant using the payment method on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Private wellness services booked during the retreat (such as Reiki, aromatherapy, or other 1:1 offerings) are paid directly to the provider and are subject to the individual provider’s payment and cancellation policies.
Retreat activities are offered for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and are encouraged to engage at a level that feels safe and supportive.
