Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is stop forcing what doesn’t feel aligned—and let go of what doesn’t actually need your energy.

We don’t always notice when it’s happening.

It can sound like:
“I should go.”
“I should be there.”
“I should show up.”

Even when something feels off.

There was something happening recently that mattered to me.

And I kept circling it.

“I should go.”

Not because I truly wanted to—but because it felt like the right thing to do. The expected thing. The version of showing up that’s visible, active, involved.

But the more I sat with it, the more I could feel what was underneath.

Overthinking.
Second-guessing.
Trying to make myself fit into something that wasn’t quite aligned.

And I realized—I wasn’t being pulled toward it.

I was trying to push myself into it.

So I didn’t go.

And for a moment, there was that familiar pause…
Am I doing the wrong thing?

But then something softer came in.

A recognition that I was already showing up—just in a different way.

I had already been sharing a loving kindness meditation each day.
With myself. And with all of you.

Quietly. Consistently. Intentionally.

No pressure. No performance. No forcing.

Just offering something that felt true.

There’s nothing wrong with being out in the world.

Being visible.
Being active.
Being involved.

But that’s not the only way to participate in what matters.

And sometimes, the pressure to show up in a certain way—
even for something meaningful—
is what leads to burnout.

Not because we’re doing too much.

But because we’re trying to be someone we’re not in the process.

What would it feel like to let that go?

Not everything needs your energy.
Not every moment needs a reaction.
Not every opportunity needs a “yes.”

Sometimes the most grounded, supportive choice is the one that feels quieter.

More honest.
More aligned.
More like you.

At the studio, that same intention carries into everything we offer.

Not as a rigid structure—but as an invitation.

To explore.
To reconnect.
To engage in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

Ongoing Workshops & Seasonal Offerings

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of workshops designed to support learning, reflection, and deeper exploration:

  • Holistic Health Series
(Aromatherapy Essentials, Rooted Remedies, and The Stone Series — each offered once per quarter)

  • Forest Bathing experiences (may include Cacao Ritual)

  • The Healing Hum Sound Immersion

These experiences are designed to stand on their own, or to be revisited over time—depending on what feels right for you.

At the request of our community, we’ve also introduced a Workshop Pass—a simple way to attend multiple workshops at a reduced rate over time.

Workshops are also included with active memberships (with a small materials or off-site fee collected at the event), giving you flexibility in how you choose to participate.

Looking for Something More Personalized?

If a group setting doesn’t feel like the right fit—or you’re looking for something more tailored—private wellness sessions are also available.

These can be scheduled as:

  • Individual sessions

  • Couples sessions

  • Small group experiences

A beautiful option for:

  • A girls’ night

  • Pre-wedding self-care

  • Or simply creating intentional time together

Sessions can be held at the studio, or I can travel to you.

However you choose to show up—
fully, quietly, or somewhere in between—there is space for you here.

You don’t have to force your way into what matters.

You’re allowed to find your own way there.

With light and love 💚
