Reiki is an energy-healing practice administered touch-free that many describe as deeply relaxing and therapeutic. You may experience better sleep, reduced anxiety, better mood & increased energy after receiving Reiki. This practice is used by respected medical institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins.
Aromatherapy is a holistic therapy that uses essential oils to improve health and well-being. In this therapeutic touch treatment, essential oils are applied to head, hands and/or feet. You may experience better sleep, reduced stress, better mood & increased energy. This service is administered by a certified clinical aromatherapist.
Find balance through your chakras. Rest in a peaceful setting as your facilitator guides you through questions, movements and more to help you clear blockages and find that inner balance. Certified facilitators provide this service.
Treat yourself to a private sound bath or yoga or meditation instruction, or a little of both in a private setting. This service is for an individual, please select private class option for multiple persons in the same time slot.
