Wall Flow - Evening Glow

This is a slow, sensory-rich evening practice held in the soft glow of Himalayan salt lamps. Using the wall as a steady point of contact, this class offers support and feedback that reduce effort while enhancing alignment, stability, and ease. Mindful, unhurried transitions build strength and flexibility while inviting the body to soften and release tension. Designed for students with some yoga experience; options are offered for those seeking additional challenge.

This class is offered through a trauma-informed lens and is intended as a supportive, educational practice—not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify or rest as needed, and step out of any pose at any time. Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
