Guided by Steve, this accessible class helps calm the nervous system and cultivate ease in both body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
This class is intended as a supportive, educational practice and is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed, and rest at any time.
Donation-based: $10 suggested, or attend with a membership or class pass. Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for cancellations received at least 4 hours prior to class start.
