Essential Yoga

A welcoming, back-to-basics practice focused on foundational poses and straightforward yoga sequences. With no complicated transitions or fancy choreography, this class emphasizes mindful movement, breath, and presence to support the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit. Each class includes meditation and a closing rest, helping you leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready for whatever lies ahead. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to yoga.

Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
