Each class includes meditation and a closing rest, helping you leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready for whatever lies ahead. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to yoga.
Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
