Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is an extended, deeply supportive practice using bolsters, blankets, and other props to comfortably hold poses for longer periods—sometimes up to 15 minutes—inviting deep rest and parasympathetic nervous system release. This class emphasizes stillness and full-body support to help ease tension and restore balance. Reiki and/or sound healing techniques may be offered to enhance relaxation.

This class is intended as a supportive, educational practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify as needed, and rest or come out of poses at any time. Registration fee is non-refundable unless event is canceled.
