Slow Flow - Evening Glow

A steady, intentional Hatha Slow Flow practiced in the soft glow of candlelight or salt lamps. Mindful transitions and held postures build strength and flexibility while supporting somatic release and nervous system regulation. Modifications are offered for a range of experience levels. This class is offered through a trauma-informed lens and is intended as a supportive practice, not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify, or rest at any time. Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for registrations cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
