Slow Flow Yoga

An unhurried, mindful flow that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while inviting somatic release of stored tension. The steady pace supports breath awareness, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. Options and modifications are offered for all levels. This class is offered through a trauma-informed lens and is intended as a supportive practice, not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Students are encouraged to honor personal choice and rest as needed. Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
