From Distraction to Insight: A Yogic Map of Mindfulness

Join Leah for a live online exploration of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, a foundational Sanskrit text offering practical guidance for understanding the mind, cultivating self-awareness, and supporting inner freedom. These sessions blend philosophy, reflection, and simple contemplative practices, inviting the teachings of classical yoga into daily life. Open to all levels and offered in a welcoming, community-centered space.

This workshop is held live online, allowing you to participate from wherever you are. Cameras and microphones may be turned on or off at any time, and participation is always optional. You’re encouraged to honor your needs, move at your own pace, take breaks, or step away as needed. Some sessions may be recorded for educational or community access; recordings include the instructor only.

The workshop is offered on a donation basis in the spirit of community care. A $10 suggested donation supports continued offerings, though all amounts are welcome and your presence is valued regardless of financial contribution.

This offering is facilitated through a trauma-informed lens and is intended as a supportive, educational experience—not a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental health care.
