Mindful Stretch & Strength w/Morgan

A gentle, feel-good class blending mindful stretching with Pilates-inspired strengthening to support mobility, stability, and ease. Guided by Morgan, a Pilates instructor, this practice encourages intuitive movement and presence to help you start your day feeling grounded and energized. This class is intended as a supportive, educational practice and is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed, and rest at any time. Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for cancellations received no less than 4 hours prior to class start.
