Chair Yoga - Redefined

This practice offers an engaging, full-body practice designed to improve strength, mobility, and balance using a chair for support. Expect a mix of seated and standing poses that meet you where you are. No mat needed.

This class is intended as a supportive, educational practice and is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed, and rest at any time.

Registration fees and payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. When possible, we’re happy to leave a class credit on your account for up to 30 days if cancellation is received at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
