Gentle Hatha Yoga

A steady, traditional Hatha practice linking breath with classical postures at a measured pace. Build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness with time to explore alignment and ease. Modifications and props are offered, and rest is always welcome.

This class is offered as a supportive, educational experience and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify as needed, and take rest at any time.

Registration fees and payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. When possible, we’re happy to leave a class credit on your account for up to 30 days if cancellation is received at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
