Reclaiming Wholeness: Yoga for Trauma & Loss

This class offers a slow, supportive practice using mindful breath, longer-held postures, and somatic release to gently ease tension and support nervous system regulation. Led by Leah Hartman, certified trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, this class emphasizes choice, safety, and self-awareness as you reconnect with your body in the present moment.

This offering is intended as a supportive, educational practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Participants are always encouraged to honor their own pace, modify as needed, and rest whenever they choose. Donation ($10 suggested) or membership/pass

Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
