
This guided class series invites you to slow down and reconnect through intentional breathwork and meditation. Each session may explore a variety of practices, including guided or silent mindfulness meditation, mantra or chanting, meditation with mudra, sensory awareness, and gentle movement-based meditation. Classes may focus on one approach or thoughtfully blend multiple styles and may be offered indoors or outdoors, depending on the experience and season.
