Yoga, Workshops & Wellness in Ashtabula County: Stone Series, Warrior Goddess & Community Events
Shanti Yoga Love | MAR 20
Hello community,
We’re not meant to do this alone.
So much of healing, growth, and self-discovery happens in connection — when we gather, share space, and remain open to what we can learn from one another.
At the studio, these experiences are created intentionally through both classes and workshops, offering different ways to support your practice and your life.
Workshops are intentionally kept small to support a more personal and meaningful experience, so early registration is encouraged whenever something resonates with you.
The Stone Series is offered throughout the year as a way to explore the grounding and supportive energy of natural stones and crystals.
Each workshop focuses on a specific stone, offering space to learn, reflect, and connect — not just with the material itself, but with your own inner landscape. These sessions are designed to be approachable, educational, and experiential, and include a make & take item so you can continue the practice at home.
The Stone Series is offered quarterly, typically on the third Saturday of the month when scheduled.
Offered every other month at various locations, this workshop is inspired by the teachings of Warrior Goddess Wisdom by HeatherAsh Amara.
This is a supportive, empowering space centered on women’s experiences, while remaining inclusive and welcoming to trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals who feel called to this work.
Together, we explore self-trust, boundaries, authenticity, and personal growth within a trauma-informed, accessible environment.
If you own or manage a local space — especially a bookstore, public library, or community-centered business — and feel this work would be a good fit for your community, I’d love to connect about bringing this workshop to you.
Weekly classes provide a steady foundation for movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Throughout the year, the schedule may shift with the seasons — including opportunities for outdoor classes during the warmer months — so registering in advance is always encouraged.
Registering ahead helps you:
Secure your spot in smaller classes
Receive updates about any changes
Join live online when available
Private sessions offer a more personalized approach to your wellness practice.
Available services include Reiki, chakra balancing, aromatherapy, personal sound bath, and private yoga lessons — all tailored to meet you where you are.
In-home or workplace sessions are also available within 15 miles of the studio, serving most of Ashtabula County, including Roaming Shores, Andover, and Harpersfield.
If you’d like me to bring this work to you or your organization, feel free to reach out.
“This is BS” (Belonging Space) Coffee Social is a quarterly gathering designed to bring people together in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
We meet at different local coffee shops and small businesses to support our community while creating space for real conversation and connection.
If you own an independent business — or have a favorite local coffee shop, bakery, or gathering space you’d love to see included — I’d love to hear from you.
If you’ve been feeling the pull toward a class, a workshop, or a session, consider this your invitation.
Connection often begins with simply showing up.
If you’d like to connect, collaborate, or bring any of these offerings into your space, you can reach me directly at [email protected].
With light and love,
Leah Hartman, Founder/Owner
