Candlelight Slow Flow

Slow, mindful transitions between poses improve strength, flexibility and endurance while allowing somatic release of stuck energies & tension in the body. Practiced in the soft glow of salt lamps and/or candlelight. Designed for students with some experience, modifications offered for more advanced students. Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
