Gentle Yoga for Trauma & Loss

We'll use breath practices, longer holds & somatic release to access deeper layers of muscle tissue to clear the tension in your body. Let go of the effects of today's stresses and the effects of what you're carrying from the past so you can have your best tomorrow! Donation ($10 suggested) or membership/pass Registration fees/payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Class credit may remain on file up to 30 days for classes cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class start.
