Sink into deep relaxation during this extended sound immersion using crystal and/or metal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, drums, rainsticks, and other sound therapy instruments. Allow the vibrations to support nervous system balance, release tension, and restore a sense of calm and grounding. This session includes a cup of rest-promoting tea before or after class.
