Qigong, also known as "meditation in motion" is a gentle practice combining gentle movement, breathing, and meditation. It offers numerous benefits for physical and mental well-being. Qigong can improve balance, flexibility, and posture, while also promoting stress reduction, improved sleep, and enhanced immune function. Qigong may also help alleviate symptoms of chronic conditions like pain and improve cardiovascular health. Donation ($10 suggested) or membership/pass.
