Guided by Leah, a certified clinical aromatherapist, you’ll learn about several therapeutic-grade essential oils commonly used to promote grounding, relaxation, focus, and vitality, and discover how to incorporate them safely into your self-care and yoga routines. Through guided reflection and sensory exploration, you’ll be invited to connect with scent as a tool for intention-setting, balance, and mindful living.

The workshop concludes with a make-and-take experience, where you’ll create a personalized aromatherapy product to support your practice—perfect for savasana, meditation, or daily ritual at home.
