
A slow, deeply supportive practice held in low light and the warm glow of Himalayan salt lamps or candles. Using the wall and other props, longer-held poses help release deep tension, support joint health, and encourage nervous system downshifting. This class invites rest, ease, and inward attention.
This class is intended as a supportive, educational practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify or rest as needed, and come out of poses at any time.
